What is Sabco Neet?
Sabco Neet is a new brand from Sabco, created to make everyday cleaning faster, simpler and more satisfying – especially for busy households, renters and pet owners. Sabco Neet products are designed for quick, modern cleaning routines: the kind you do between deep cleans, when you need your floors and surfaces to look (and feel) clean in minutes. Sabco Neet exists because not every clean is a “whole house, top-to-bottom” situation. Most days, you just need a hand to deal with the everyday situs like:
Sabco Neet focuses on innovative, easy-to-use cleaning tools, including:
Neet’s philosophy is simple: trap and lift the mess – don’t just move it around. That means faster cleaning, less fuss and a routine you can actually keep up with. And then when you’re done, just Chuck the Muck – no mess, no fuss!
What is a wet and dry mop?
A wet and dry mop is a mop that’s designed for a two-step floor clean – a DRY sweeping step to pick up dust, hair and dirt, followed by a WET mopping step to break down and remove grime and leave floors looking fresh.
Wet and dry mops typically use two types of cloths or pads that attach easily onto a flat mop head:
This approach is powerful because it stops the most common floor-cleaning problem – turning dust and hair into wet, streaky sludge that then sloshes about in the water you’re using to clean your floor.
Wet and dry mops are great for that everyday clean – you know, that quick buzz around the kitchen floor once dinner is done, or that panic clean before the in-laws come over. They’ll give you much cleaner floors than a spin mop can – after all, with spin mops you just end up moving the dirt around whereas a wet and dry mop removes the it before the wet clean even begins! And they’re a quicker and simpler way to mop than using a spray mop.
Honestly, you’ll wonder how you’ve survived without a Wet + Dry Flat Mops like our Sabco Neet ones in your cleaning toolkit! All we can say is… we’re sorry we didn’t make these sooner.
What is a spray mop?
A spray mop is a type of mop with an integrated spray function that lets you mist cleaning solution directly onto the floor as you mop – no bucket required. Our OG Spray Mop went kind of viral a few years ago because they’re so great for busy households, especially ones with pets. Who even has time for the whole mop and bucket palaver these days?!
Spray mops are the ultimate grab-and-go cleaning tool – and the shiny floors they leave behind are chef’s kiss. Spray mops are the floor cleaner of choice for pet owners, renters and young families who need a mop that works, but doesn’t take them hours to set up and use. Perfect for tackling life’s messy moments (think pesky pet messes, or sticky kitchen spills!), our Neet Spray Mop is always ready - just spray & go!
Which type of mop is best?
The best mop depends on your floors, your lifestyle and what kind of mess you’re usually dealing with. For most modern homes, the best option is the one that’s quick enough to use regularly – because consistent maintenance beats the occasional big clean.

How do you mop floors?
If you want floors that feel truly clean (not just wiped), the most effective method is a dry pass first to collect dust and hair, followed by a wet pass to remove grime and refresh the finish. That’s the Wet + Dry Flat Mop method in a nutshell.
Pro tip: Start at the far end of the room and work backward toward the exit, so you don’t walk over cleaned sections.
Why this matters:
Dry mopping is what stops hair and dust turning into dirty wet streaks. It also keeps your mop cleaner for a more effective clean! It’s also the step that makes floors feel instantly “neater.”
Technique for best results:
This is one of the biggest advantages of the Wet + Dry system: you’re removing the dirt from the process, not mixing it into water.
For sticky spots:
Pause and apply gentle pressure for a few seconds, then wipe through. You’re lifting and removing residue rather than scrubbing endlessly.
Because you’re not flooding the floor with bucket water, floors typically dry faster and feel fresher sooner.
For most homes:
A routine you’ll actually do is the one that keeps a home consistently clean – and the Wet + Dry Flat Mop system is designed to make that realistic.
